According to RESPA, the front of a postcard accounts for 67% of total space and thus the total cost. The total cost includes layout, printing, addressing and postage. The front generally includes all of the Realtor's information. Leaving the back portion to be used by Access Title Agency and a possible third party.
According to RESPA, the back of the postcard accounts for the remaining 33% of the total space and thus the remaining total cost. The right side portion on the back does not account toward the total percentage. That is considered "dead space" by RESPA. No advertiser information should be placed here. In this example of a back, Access Title Agency takes up the entire back which allows us to cover 33% of the total cost.
According to RESPA, in this example of a back, the total cost would be split equally among Access Title Agency and a third party advertiser. Each parties share would be 16.5%.
